Mr. Levin earned a master’s degree in law from the State University of Land Use Planning in Moscow in 1999. After graduation, he was actively dealing with issues related to land legal relations, property, real estate, and legal proceedings. He has over 15 years of successfully assisting individuals and organizations in resolving legal issues as a highly experienced property lawyer in Dubai. He provided legal support for infrastructure and construction projects, land and real estate transactions, land development, privatization of land and real estate, the structuring of the ownership of the real estate, issues of territorial planning and urban planning zoning, circulation and use of lands of various categories, legal due diligence of various types of contracts. Mr. Levin represented individual clients and large businesses in the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, arbitration courts, and courts of general jurisdiction.
